Refund Policy
This policy explains when a Taskwise one-time report unlock may be refundable.

Digital Report Purchases
Taskwise sells a digital report unlock. Because the full report is generated and made available immediately after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been unlocked.
This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
When To Contact Us
Contact us within 7 days if you paid but cannot access your report, were charged more than once, believe there was a technical error, or purchased the wrong report by mistake.
Send your payment email, report context, and a short description of the issue to support@aireplace.org.
Payment Provider Handling
Payments may be processed by Creem or another checkout provider shown at checkout. Refunds and chargebacks may be handled through that provider's process.
We will review eligible access or duplicate-charge issues and help route the request through the payment provider when needed.
