Information We Collect

We collect the role, task selections, time allocation, assessment answers, AI-use answers, generated report data, and feedback you choose to submit.

If you sign in, we receive basic Google account information such as your email, name, and profile image when Google provides it.

How We Use Information

We use your answers to generate free and paid reports, save reports to your account, verify purchases, improve the product, and provide support.

We may store payment metadata such as provider, report id, checkout id, product id, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers.

Service Providers

Taskwise uses third-party services including Google for authentication, Creem or other checkout providers for payments, OpenRouter or model providers for report generation, and Cloudflare services for storage or database infrastructure.

These providers process data only as needed to provide authentication, payment, report generation, hosting, storage, or support functions.

Data You Should Not Submit

Do not submit company secrets, private client data, regulated personal data, passwords, financial account details, medical records, or other sensitive information.

The assessment is designed to work with general descriptions of your tasks rather than confidential documents.
